Sadly, there is more testing for chol R/T obesity.  If the kid has high chol
I can see child on a regular basis for dietary counseling,  That is a valid
diagnosis code.  However, if a kid is just obese, not high chol, I can't
bill for visits for the diagnosis of obesity!!!  Now how screwed up is
