Dear Friends:
When folks look at me askance when I talk about donor milk, I ask them if there is any other fluid or tissue that can be pasteurized and still be useful. It would be nice to feel as secure about the safety of blood as we can about donor milk.
Pasteurized blood just doesn't work, and sperm hate being boiled!
