I am mid-forties and have nursed 4 children, the first for 9 months, the last
three for 4, 4 and 5 and 1/2 years respectively and my urinary incontinence
is primarly due to the useless fundal pressure I endured during my first labor,
which had essentially no effect on my birth.   I realize I am one among many
but I have experienced no increase in my symptoms since my first was born.
For the record, extended nursing neither worsened nor improved my symptoms.
