This is a ridiculous over-reaction to receiving the wrong mother's milk.
Every hospital should have a policy. For an example, look at the general
breastfeeding policy in Appendix G of the BF the Premie Toolkit at:

The "donor" mother's labs should be reviewed by the Physician, but the
parents of the recipient infant may not be told specific values or results unless
the "donor" mother signs a consent (which they all do, after all they are
mothers also!). There has never been a report of HIV, Hep B, C etc. transmission
with INCIDENTAL exposure to human milk.
