I would like to know the standards that are being used for mom's of
hospitalized children in reference to the cleaning of their breast pump
kits. Does anyone have a hospital policy that they are willing to
share.?
I work at Children's Medical Center in Dallas and we have moms wash the
kits in their rooms using the hand microbial soap from hand dispensers
and then they let them air dry. Is this adequate for hospital
standards?

Thank you.
