Re your post about pinched nipples just want to add that if nipple/breast
pain is a problem while supply and latching worked on dry heat immediately
following feed can be helpful.  Someone (sorry remember who) on LN recently
suggested putting uncooked rice into a clean sock and microwaving it then bringing it
with mom before a feed so at the ready following feeding for warmth
application to nipple.  The reason for using the rice is that it retained heat well.
Perhaps, whoever posted this helpful tip can reiterate it for you.  If I find my
copy of it  will forward it to you.

I suggested this a mom recently and she planned to use one of those gel
heat/cold packs as heat after feed during consult provided much relief.
