Lots of us in the UK run such clinics. My colleague & I run 3 such clinics per week & some other colleagues in our area in the Sure-Start programme run a 2 hour session in their area each week. We hope by the end of this year that Monday to Friday will be fully covered. In the next borough to the east there is support two days per week plus a 1 hour session in the community & in the next hospital to the west there are 3 half day sessions per week plus in-hospital specialist support.
To run a clinic you need a SUPPORTIVE Manager.
an easily accessible location
TV/Video
Comfortable chairs
Access to tea/coffee/drinking water.
Good hand-outs
Computer (if possible) or photocopying access.
Nappy-changing facility (diaper!!)

LOTS of stamina
Decide on availability, start small & build as necessary.
On-going training for staff otherwise ALL will be off-loaded onto you

Keep records & assess progress.
Publicise outcomes.
Ensure there is back-up for when you take holiday etc.
Sorry it's a bit jumbled but hope this is beneficial
Best wishes
