We have looked at a couple of lactation super bills and they all use
provider codes eg 99203, 99213, 99342 & 99349. We are feeling uncomfortable
using these since we are not MD providers. Do you use these codes, have you
had any difficulties and any hints?

I have the reference at the office, but I believe the 2004 version of the CPT
codes starts out by saying the codes are for physicians "AND other healthcare
providers". A significant change. I will look it up and confirm.
