According to information on Tom Hale's website:
Lexapro (escitalopram) is just an active isomer of Celexa. Breastfeedinng
data on Celexa should be identical for Lexapro.
Additional information on citalopram (Celexa): Celexa appears in breast
milk. Infants recieve 0.7% to 5.9% of the weight-adjusted maternal dose
(favorable percentages for breastfeeding). Two cases of infants who
experienced excessive somnolence, decreased feeding, and weight loss have
been reported.
