I cross-stitched years ago a mom in flowing robes nursing a baby in flowing
robes and added to the picture the words, "Baby at Breast. Please Knock"
that I put on my office door when I'm doing a consult. The original graph
was a Christmas angel complete with wings (that I left off) holding who I
assume is the baby Jesus. Works for me.
