Toby despaired, "We have a fad wave of young
healthy
women being "diagnosis" with candidacies . Any
thoughts??" I assume you meant "candidiosis" there.
there is a fort Collins, Colorado physician whose
practice is to help people recover from these sort of
restrictive diets. Here's the first article I found
<http://www.onlineathens.com/stories/062102/hea_20020621014.shtml>
he is Steven Bratman, the author of "Food Junkies:
Overcoming the Obsession with Healthful Eating,''
oh, it's a painful thing. I know various people who
have done these types of things, especially the
candida diet, and they have to carry their own food
with them, do their own cooking when they visit people
and dining out is next to impossible.
