If she is pregnant the soreness will probably last the entire pregnancy.
This is one of the main reasons woman will wean during pregnancy - or put
limits on how long their child can nurse per session.  There is a new book
out called "Adventures in Tandem Nursing" from La Leche League that I wish
had been out when I started on this path.
