One baby aspirin a day can significantly decrease a 200-pound man's
risk of heart attack, if he's in that risk group.
One baby aspirin has one active ingredient. Imagine a drop of milk the
same size as a baby aspirin. This tiny puddle has over 200 bioactive
ingredients. I imagine there would be a beneficial effect on one tiny
baby who received it every day.

Any amount of breastmilk is a benefit. A small amount is not as
powerful as a large amount, but it has power nonetheless.
