I believe it was Nikki who mentioned some states have SAHM support? Here is
the info a member of our Breastfeeding Task Force found for those in MO.

Scroll down a bit to get the info about Missouri--it is called the Stay at
Home Parent Program here, which may be why you didn't find anything on the
state site, Nikki.
Apparently, you have to be very low-income. It looks like the program is
based on people choosing to receive an "at home" subsidy, vs. the state
subsidy for day care that they are eligible for.
This could mean more breastfeeding moms, since they won't have to try to
cope with pumping logistics or uncooperative workplaces! I am a bit bothered
by the fact that people *have* to be signed up for tons of other programs in
order to qualify, but I guess most free money comes with some strings
attached!
