Pat,
I will admit I did go a little further on studying Goat's Rue. I started
out by looking it up on Google, and to my relief, found it is a plant,
rather than some heaven-only-knows-what product of the goat! And that it
got it's name (one of several) from the fact that when crushed, it emits
a smell reminiscent of goats!

I know you are a strong proponent of its use. Is there any documented
research on its use? Especially in regard to the fancy sounding claims
that it has been known to increase glandular tissue? How would one prove
that without-say-before and after ultrasounds?

How do you think it compares with Domperidone, and on what basis do you
arrive at this? I find myself more willing to trust a pharmaceutical
company making domperidone to specifications than to trust any herbal
place with guaranteed quality preparations of herbs, though I have read
your posts wherein you have some you have faith in.

How do you think Fenugreek compares in efficacy with Goat's rue? With
Domperidone?
Any other galactogogues you find especially useful? At least for their
ease in being found at a local store?

Jean
