Debbie,

it took me some hours of thinking, IF I should react to your post and first
I decided not to say/write anything although I felt hurt and offended. But
this post from you to Rachel and the list gave me the feeling "now I cannot
keep quiet".

I am German. I am born in 1960, mother of three children and I spent the
major part of my life in Germany and now again live here. Beside from some
everstupid people - and you will find this type of people all over the
world - nobody in Germany will still think that was happened in the time
from 1933 until 1945 was correct and NOBODY would EVER think about
intentionally leaving out something out of formula (or putting something
intentionally in) only because this type of formula is produced for people
of a certain culture, religion or other group.

I am sorry for what has happened to your family, but this does not give you
the right to speak about people of any country the way you did.

As English is not my mother language and I am really upset I hope I found
the right words to express what I wanted to express.

Very sadly that I had to see such an conversation at Lactnet

Rachel,

I was just sending a copy of my personal reply to Dennis Prager. I
personally understand why some people have left LACTNET if they speak their
mind
and have the joy of being criticized as "flippant". Perhaps my comment was
cynical, but it is NOT flippant. While your family was safe in Norway in
the
1940's, more than half of mine was slaughtered in Poland, Austria and
Czechoslavakia. How do you know that leaving B1 out of the formula wasn't
intentional?
Considering the history in Germany ONLY 60 years ago is my theory so
impossible-- or as you say--flippant. I never received the private message
by the way...

I would appreciate it if you would please point out the LACTNET rule
that
I broke. I am not a flippant maniac. My thinking was based on history, and
I
DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING CRITICIZED PUBLICLY BY YOU.
