I know I am way behind on my Lactnet reading, but had to add to this thread I've enjoyed so much. I have lots of things above my desk, but here
are 2 of my favorites.
One is a comic from Newsday someone gave me. I think the artist is Matt Handelsman. It is the scarecrow from The Wizard of Oz singing to the
tune of If I Only Had a Brain. Instead it says (remember to sing this to the tune of If I Only Had a Brain):
"I could while away the hours,
learn Latin names for flowers,
and never strain my head...
...cosmic questions I could answer,
I would find the cure for cancer,
if I was only breastfed!"
My other favorite is the quote that I believe came from Ann Landers
"Those who keep a neat desk will never know the thrill of finding something they thought they had lost forever!"
Have a great day!
