What is the half life of Technetium? Isn't it around 6 hours? Then if mom
pumps and dumps for 4 to 5 times the half life, (24-30 hours), 94-97% of the
technetium will be gone from the milk. (See Hale's book for more info). Even
if it isn't 6 hours, the principle holds.
