Along the same lines, I always chart that I have discussed use of ABM with
the parents and that they agree to its use--this in the few cases when
supplementation is a "must" ( per our protocol) and when pumped breastmilk
is not available-- yet. Of course, I then have the mom start pumping like
crazy.......
