I had a mom who presented similarly. I treated both mom and baby with
fluconazole for 14 days and THEN she got the "callouses." I talked with
her OB and we decided to send her to a dermatologist who diagnosed her
with contact dermatitis. She treated mom with 2 creams that she
alternates and things are better but the "callouses" still come back if
she stops using the cream (baby is 13 months).
