Oral Cortisone, in reasonable doses, are OK in nursing mother. A local
injecton is just that , put in a local place for local treatment. Not much
gets into the rest of your system, same as using a reasonable amount of
topical cortisone - some is absorbed and you don't want to overdo it - but
the systemic effect is low. So a local injection is OK. Sincerely, Pat in
