Hi, Jean.
You mention that baby is not willing to continue stimulating breast
after he gets his calories from the supplementer. Since the mom does have some
milk, she might try leaving the tube closed (you can do this with an SNS, but
not a Lact-Aid, and I forgot which you said she is using) in the early
minutes, while baby gets the let-down going. Then once his swallowing is slowing
down, she can open the SNS tube, thereby keeping him at breast a few extra
minutes. This might help her supply.
