I have the same question as Karen, Lori. Where are these studies about greater problems for twins after 38 weeks? I try to keep abreast of all information on multiples and have seen nothing about this, only fears about problems happening. I agree with Karen in that inducing too early without a medical problem presenting itself (HTN, poor growth of one of the babies, ruptured membranes, oligohydramnios, etc) causes so many more problems with babies not ready to be here and mothers receiving so many interventions for the early out.
