Perhaps Computer-Aided Linguistic Analysis (COALA) is what you're looking
for? My husband does language acquisition research and uses it to code
and analyze data from elicitation sessions. You enter the transcibed
interview and then you can code it to analyze it for certain content. It
*only* runs on Mac.
On the Net I found this description of it:
"COALA...is essentially a relational database with an
interface offering the language analyst a transcription aid, coding
tools,
analysis tools (formulaic searching), and report generation."
