A pump rental station is not hard to manage at all... MEdela does require that you maintain a certain number of rental pumps in your inventory but that number is not huge,,,, It is so frustrating tome when moms rent pumps else where or buy them somewhere and then don't have a clue how to work then then call me for help...... I am glad that they called but mad at the place they got it from. I do charge a flat 25.00 fee for moms in that situation for instruction , if a pump is purchased from me - Pump in Style - and it fails, I let mom use a rental pump at no charge till it is returned to her, this only happened once. Its a good PR tool.
