Dear lactnetters,
What would you talk about & do if you were given half
an hour to speak to a department of ObGyns?
I was asked to speak to the department about the
protocol for breastfeeding support (which I've just
written and updated). As this is the first time I'll
be speaking to this group of doctors, I'm thinking of
how best to capture the attention of these busy
doctors, whose minds seem far away from breastfeeding.
I've done in-hospital talks to doctors before, and
always had a few attend simply because they put
breastfeeding as being low in priority of their busy
life.
Do you have any suggestions?
