I really prefer research based evidence when possible but sometimes common
sense is appropriate too. I assume all of these "specialty formulas" are
made from another milk of some sort. If some of the special ingredients can
be added to cow milk then they should be able to be added to human milk as
well. The question that I would want the nutritionist to answer is:
Isn't milk for the "wrong" age better than milk for the "wrong" species?
