Dear Friends:
The topic of salmon came up which I will link to breastfeeding by saying
that salmon is full of the PUFAs, as is human milk.
However, farmed salmon is genetically created to digest corn. This is not
the natural food of the salmon, and changes its fatty acid profile. It may be
a good source of protein, but that isn't the reason that many choose salmon
these days.
