Fenugreek may have actually have anti-thromobotic qualities according to some
experts.

What a terrible tragedy.  Many of us have been through similar occurrences
and agonize about what we could possibly have done or seen which could have
changed things.

I had a nearly identical fatality in my practice many years ago.
