It would be a good issue, but it occured to me almost 15 years ago. I don't
know if HIPPA would take on a case this old, which also occured before the
newer HIPPA regulations. And of course, it would be the doctor's memory
against mine. (And I am sure he wouldn't "remember" it. He didn't seem the
least bit concerned when it happened.) Thank you for addressing it, though,
Debbie.
Perhaps they should address it in general, but this particular event was
long ago. I wouldn't be surprised if things like this have happened to
other mothers.
