I have a new mom, 2 days post C/S who has a microadenoma.  Her plan is to have it removed within the first 6 weeks postpartum.  She has been through a lot with this already being on Parlodel, hormones and antidepressants and just wants it out. Any info out there about how or if this will effect her milk supply after this is done?  We've already talked about the separation piece and having some expressed milk on hand for the time she'll be in surgery but I'm not able to find any info about the surgery itself.  Thanks for the help.
