LOL Dee I think we have a cultural wording misunderstanding here. The
mother and I both mean by 'ice block' a plastic stick thing that goes into
a mold about 2/3 the length of the stick. Is that what you would call a
popsicle? (which isn't an Aussie word at all). I would guess that you are
referring to what we call ice cubes when you think ice blocks.
Let me know if I've got it all wrong - I'm just a novice at American, but I
do try ;-)
