Thank you Karen, Laurie & Ann,
For your helpful tips and concerns for the mother with
breastfeeding twins.  She has called me to update
about her situation.

First of all, she has been breastfeeding her twins,
one at a time, and according to their cues.  She has
also started domperidone, fenugreek and Vit. B.
complex to help her cope with her stress and milk
supply (her babes tended to fuss a lot from 10pm to
1am at night).  Now, she feels that she's getting
sufficient milk to feed her twins.  She's happy to be
reassured that she's doing the right thing for her
kids.  I'll be in touch with her on a regular basis.
