Thanks for your response. You are right, I calculated that the baby lost
6.5%. It was after 48 hrs that formula supps were begun. The parents and the
ped wanted it at that point. The mom's supply had not increased yet. I use
the guideline 7% as the max acceptable wt loss, not 10%, altho I know that
is debatable. Thanks for your input.
