" think it is called "referenced pain" or something like that - it just
means the same nerve endings are involved.." I'll second this as I've had
difficulty with my neck vertebrae, particularly first cervical, and have had
tongue numbness.
It's also affecting one of my molars due to jaw involvement so according to
my chiropractor, these pains/sensations are due to the first cervical vertbra
being out of alignment.
Perhaps this mom besides watching her posture could see a chiro for an
adjustment and treatment.
