Most injury caused by formula-feeding is of indirect nature or it indirectly
causes infant illness/death. Similar to the parent that doesn't place her
child in a car seat then is in a MVA and the infant is hurt or killed.
Another way to look at is--some things are acts of comission vs. an act of
omission. Formula-feeding and failure to use a car seat are acts of omission.
