My understanding is that no teas, including Mother's Milk tea, contain
sufficient amounts of the galactagenic herbs to effect an increase in
lactation. To my knowledge, we have no efficacy studies of galactagogues
in tea form, but the very nature of tea is such that relatively small
amounts of base ingredients are conveyed. Most of the ingredients remain
in the strainer.

If memory serves, this has been discussed previously. More thorough
discussions are likely to be in the archives.
