We sell this at MilkWorks...but I have insisted we keep it in the
back!  I don't want people walking in and picking it up without
talking to an LC about why the baby is fussy.  (I also don't want the
local MDs to think I am any more looney than they already do!!)  It
doesn't work for everyone, but if we have talked to the mom and
either she is not interested in a full consultation to figure it out, or
we have tried everything else, we will offer it to her.
