In August 2003, "Real Simple" magazine published an article called "What's the Worst Thing That Could Happen..." As in, don't worry if you don't xxx, contrary to what you have thought or been told, the worst things that could happen if you don't do xxx is only yyy. So you can simplify your life by not worrying about doing xxx. One of the points that was addressed was breastfeeding. (ie simplify your life by not bothering with breastfeeding)
I understand that they received many, many letters and emails in response. I think I also heard that the editor involved may have been fired.
