Margaret posts about the 10 mo old baby recently experiencing frenotomy and
being reluctant to bfeed since then.  The baby probably learned all sorts of
compensatory ways to use the tongue when the range-of-motion was inhibited.
Now the tongue is prob. sore (ever bite your tongue?) and needs to
strengthen (rehabilitate.)  Just do all the good things you are already
doing and just be patient.
