Dear Lactnetters, I just had to laugh when I read the article about teen boys .I recently had a Mom who had two teens, a boy 13 and girl 16. Mom had a new baby and although she had not breastfed the two teens, she wanted to this time. The teens were always in the room when I visited and the Mom would ask them if they wanted to leave while we discussed breastfeeding and I am happy to say I had a great opportunity to teach not only Mom but two teens and hopefully they will teach their friends. They choose to stay at each visit and although they didn't ask any questions I had their full attention.
