Lyn asked about the 24 hour no feeding.  I was not very clear on this
point.  The infant was refusing the breast but was still taking EBM from a
bottle.  This was from an infant who had been breastfeeding normally from
35 weeks. I think we have it figured out though as a forceful letdown and
oversupply issue.  The mother has begun wearing nipple shields at night and
we have changed her feeding position and this seems to have corrected the
problem. (Jeanette, Thank you for the nipple shield suggestion)
