Good morning.
I have been very interested in the recent discussion on cross-nursing
and am working on some research on that topic, related to other research
I am doing.

I am trying to find some research on the topic and  have only found
two articles, one in Leaven in 1995 and one in Pediatrics in 1981.
Does anyone know of other research on this topic? I am interested
in medical and social science (cross-cultural in particular)
research? Any suggestions for other keywords besides cross-nursing?
Perhaps there is another term for it with which I am unfamiliar.
