Dear Judith, My hospital schedule is almost exactly like yours plus I see Moms in the Childrens hospital connected to our medical center. Your manager is way off base and you may say that I said so. Have her take a day and follow you around, if that doesnt do it then it is she that has a problem. Lots of luck and don't get discouraged, I have known many managers tthat can't manager their time.
