......in outpt weekly BF moms group, for a latch check, "fine tune",
everything is ok; I do not send a report, .......for any outpt consult where the
consult is documented, I send a report, a copy of what was documented, I do not
usually write anything specail for the doc except fill in the blanks on the cover
letter, ie; dear doc blank we saw your pt blank and baby blank on blank date,
see following reports, call us for questions, (worded something like
that)............
for *inpt* consults we document on a lactation consult sheet that goes in the
chart.........
