Just a quick update:  last night mom was engorged 'like a rock'.  evening
shift nurses started her with a pump, and she did use it once while I was
there and she obtained very little.  Her breasts were not hot, or inflamed
or painful, just tight, the nipples were a bit sore and baby nursed
frequently and fussed a bit at first on getting on, but understandable as
the landscape had drastically changed.  Not sure that all this relates much
to the reglan because baby's frenulum is a little tight.  baby's weight
plateaued last night, that is, it went up .1 oz from the night before.
Fortunately this mom is very patient and willing to let baby nurse ad lib,
but I did hear some frustration from dad about 'what can he do to help' (I
found him a chore :)  and how mom really needs her sleep too.
