I think what your saying sounds right.  And I have been thinking that since Kathleen's book has been revised several times that it is actually no
longer the same book (although, the changes are always for the better and/or more up to date) so they shouldn't be allowed to use the same
endorsement.

Also, perhaps, Kathleen could somehow slightly change the name of her book and then it could not be endorsed in the same way.  But, of course
this would probably be a big hassle and she would have to re-sign with her publisher, new legal issues, I guess, book format and everything else
involved.

Just a thought.
