Subject: Milk running from nose while nursing
This is a new one on me. Wanted to see if anyone else had seen this. Mom
of 5 month old called & said recently breastmilk has started running out
of her baby's nose while breastfeeding. Doesn't seem to bother him. Has
tried different positions, but continues to happen. I told her to take
him to the doctor that it may be some anatomical problem. Maybe a very
small cleft palate that has gone unnoticed. Any ideas? Julia Scaletta,
