I used to be a supervisor for supervised visitations for a woman and her
baby when my youngest was 4 mos.-16 mos. old. I took him to teach bfing
classes at WIC so I wasn't about to get a sitter so that I could be at
family court for a voluntary service that I was providing on behalf of the
court and others involved. I always took him in the sling and I even had to
stand and talk to the judge when asked. No one ever said anything. I think
it was because he was in the sling the whole time and seemed more apart of
me and undisruptive. There was a sign on the courtroom door "no children
allowed" or something like that I don't quite remember what it stated .
