     That is a very unfortunate dyad.  Mom seems so willing to work hard to
breastfeed and it seems that the system is working against her.
     Can she get a double pump from WIC?  That might help her pump more
efficiently.  I believe that under extenuating circumstances, such as
work/school/etc. WIC will provide one.  If baby's father is no longer in the picture and
mom has no history why can mom not get her baby back?
     As far as the pumping goes I'm not sure of what else can be done.  Is
there any possibility that baby could be moved to a home closer to mom?
